  • 2 tbsp curd/yogurt
  • 1 tbsp green chutney
  • 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • spot of kashmiri red stew powder/lal mirch powder
  • spot of salt
  • 1 tbsp onion finely slashed
  • 1 tbsp tomato finely slashed
  • modest bunch of sev fine
  • spot of cumin powder/jeera powder
  • spot of chaat masala
  • hardly any coriander leaves

Guidelines
